We aim to support trans and intersex staff in the Civil Service, through:
- outreach,
- peer support, and
- empowerment.
For managers and teams
We aim to help create safe working environments for trans and intersex staff in the Civil Service, through:
- advice,
- increased knowledge and confidence, and
- being a critical friend.
For departments and agencies
We aim to embed a culture of inclusion for trans and intersex people in the Civil Service, through:
- representation,
- collaboration, and
- assurance.
